The Ministry of Transportation mandates that all portions of this course be taken within 365 days of the first date of the course. If you do not complete the online course and all in-car hours within 1 year, you will need to retake the entire course, including paying again for the course.

I agree that it is my responsibility to complete the course within 365 days of registration. I also certify that the statements in this document are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation, Insurance Bureau of Canada and the auditing firm retained by the Ministry.
